The person who I spoke to was most helpful in describing what the fault could be and a date for a visit was arranged. Gave good advice and support on required specifications for the new hob to make the installation process more efficient. He was thorough, safe and tidy. "Totally reliable, knowledgeable, efficient and considerate; They replaced an old boiler in the attic and revised our entire central heating and hot water system. It turned into quite a big job that needed a new roof flue and an extra colleague for that task but he was always happy to explain and answer questions and really did an excellent job all round. Even when there was a glitch in the thermostat the day after finishing he job, he was straight round to fix it with a thorough check of the system (no problems) and a reboot of the thermostat which, it turned out, needed to update its operating system. Since then, the system has worked brilliantly and so much more efficiently. Very thorough and always willing to explain the task and check on any additional costs that the job threw up along the way. Very highly recommended for faultless work, efficiency, communication and excellent customer service."

There were so many unexpected glitches with how things were previously done and he took all in stride and fixed!
